Returns

– You may return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 7 days of delivery.
– Items must have original tags and be returned in their original packaging.
– Sale or clearance items are non-refundable unless faulty.

    2. We’ll respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
    3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return.

Refunds

– Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
– Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
– Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

Exchanges

– If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please reach out.
– Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same process as returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
